Hi, my name is Celina.
I am just a mom that likes to bake. I haven’t been trained in any way shape or form. My aunt aunt always liked to bake with us when we were little and I guess I just took to it the most. I have some hits and I have some misses. I am learning. I hope you come on this journey with me and that we can learn some things together.
I love Dr. Who as well as lots of other nerdy pop culture bits and pieces. I am going to talk about it.
When I say “don’t tell my husband”, (he knows about the blog and is even kind of impressed with me) I mean don’t tell him I am a nerd. He is in denial. I love it, I embrace it.
I have been married 13 years and have 3 kids. One even skipped a grade, and two watch Doctor Who with me (nerds in the making) yeah! My toddler has got to be the biggest fan of the baking. Anytime I am baking, he pulls up anything he can stand on (stool, slide, trash can, random toy) to come and watch and he always wants a first taste.
That is about it, in a nutshell. I hope you enjoy and I hope you keep coming back.

Please post your recipe for the zucchini bars. I can only see them via your link on Flickr, and it won’t let me Pin them because sharing is disabled. They look incredible! There are no reference to “zucchini bars” anywhere on your blog. After a lot of searching, I found them on your July 27 2012 “our summer day are numbered” post with just a picture with ‘zucchini squares” written underneath. These look so good they deserve a post of their own! Love your recipes!!!!!
